Motorola announced their new faster, thinner, smarter, stronger Verizon smartphone today. The Motorola Razr is thinner as promised, or as Motorola put it, "impossibly" thin at 7.1 millimeters. The kevlar fibers, Gorilla Glass and water repellent nanocoating keeps the phone safe from scratches and dangerous party fouls. Under the hood the Razr boasts a 1.2 GHz processor with 1GB of RAM, and it's powered by Android 2.3.5.

The Razr features an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with 1080p HD video capture and stabilization capabilities, front-facing HD camera for video chatting, Bluetooth 4.0, and 32GB of memory. The RAZR is also 4G LTE capable.

It looks like the delay is almost over, and the long awaited Acer ICONIA TAB A100 will be making its way to the U.S. sometime next month. A few stores like Excalibur PC have already started accepting pre-orders for the device, with prices ranging from around $329 to $390. However, none of the big outlets have listed the tablet on their sites yet, so the smaller retailers are probably just trying to get a jump on sales. But it's still a good sign that things are moving forward for Acer, and that an August release is likely.

The 7-inch tablet features a 1024×600 pixel display and is believed to be shipping with Honeycomb 3.2. It has a 1GHz dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, 8GB of internal storage, a rear-facing 5-megapixel camera and front-facing 2-megapixel camera.
