Toshiba has added three new Ice Cream Sandwich tablets to their Excite line up: The Toshiba Excite 7.7, Excite 10 and Excite 13. All three tablets feature Android 4.0, Tegra 3 processors, 1GB of RAM, 5 megapixel rear cameras with HD video capabilities, and 2 megapixel front-facing cameras.

The Excite 7.7 features a 7.7-inch AMOLED display, a microUSB port and a microSD card slot. The 16GB model is $500 and the 32GB model is $580. The Excite 10 features a 10-inch 1280×800 Gorilla Glass display, microHDMI, microUSB, full-sized SD card slot and stereo speakers with SRS Audio support. The Excite is available in three models: 16GB for $450, 32GB for $530, and 64GB for $650.

The Excite 13 boasts a 13.3-inch AutoBrite LED Backlit display with 10-finger touch support, and 16:9 aspect ratio (1600×900 native resolution) for watching HD movies. It also features 13 hours of battery life, and a four-speaker sound system with SRS Audio support. It’ll be available in 32GB ($650) and 64GB ($750).

The Excite 10 tablet will be available for purchase on May 6, 2012, followed by the 7.7 and 13-inch tablet on June 10, 2012.
