Samsung has an answer to those increasingly large displays -- the Samsung Galaxy Pocket. If you're like me and hate carrying things around this may be the perfect smartphone for you. Too bad the Pocket is an entry-level smartphone with entry-level specs.
A recent FCC inspection revealed that the Pocket packs GSM 850 / 1900 UMTS and Band V radios that'll operate on AT&T's network. However, there are no current plans to bring it to the U.S..
The Pocket also features an 800MHz processor, 2MP camera, 2.8-inch display and Android 2.3. If the price is right the Pocket will make a great smartphone for people looking for something small and simple.
