Is Motorola Planning a 24 Hour Live Battery Test For the Droid Razr Maxx?

Smartphones can do a lot of amazing things, but none of them are any good if you don't have any power. Samsung has already promised to make battery life a top priority in 2012, and Motorola has a pretty crazy plan set for next month. According to Engadget, Moto plans to hold a 24-hour marathon battery event for the Droid RAZR Maxx on February 6th.

Nothing has been officially confirmed, but you will probably want to mark these dates on your calendar. January 26th for the launch of the RAZR Maxx, and February 6th to see what kind of event Motorola has planned.

I'm guessing a smartphone with 24-hour battery life will be very popular. I'm also guessing the people who bought the Droid Razr are going to be very pissed if this turns out to be true.
