Sprint has sent out shipping notifications to customers who pre-ordered the HTC EVO 4G LTE. A problem with the International Trade Commission and the United States customs delayed shipments to the U.S.. However, the ban has been lifted and customers can expect to start receiving their phones "on or around Thursday, May 24," according to Sprint.
