HTC released its Android 4.0 roadmap back in May. The timeline revealed that most HTC devices would be receiving Ice Cream Sandwich in June and July. HTC has kept one of its promises by rolling out over the air 4.0 updates to HTC EVO 3D owners on Tuesday. The update brings Sense 3.6 and new Android 4.0 features to the device.

Sprint launched the glasses free 3D smartphone in June 2011 for $200. The carrier then discontinued the device 10 months later in April 2012. The HTC EVO 3D originally shipped with Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
